在聚乙烯醇 (PVA )存在下 ,钌与钼酸盐和乙基罗丹明B(ERB)形成有色离子缔合物 .最佳反应条件为[HClO4 ]=1.2mol·L-1,[MoO2 -4 ]=6 .8× 10 -4 mol·L-1,[ERB]=3.2× 10 -5mol·L-1,w(PVA ) =0 .0 8% .缔合物的最大吸收位于 5 75nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε =2 .32× 10 6L·mol-1·cm-1.钌量在 0~ 2 4μg·L-1范围内服从比耳定律 ,体系至少稳定 2 4h ,检测限 0 .76 μg·L-1(n =12 ) .缔合物的组成比为ERB∶RuMo =3∶1.考察了 41种共存离子的影响 ,仅Si(Ⅳ ) ,Ge(Ⅳ ) ,Os(Ⅷ ) ,Au(Ⅲ )有干扰 .本法已用于某些岩矿和冶金产品中钌的测定 ,结果满意 .
In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), ruthenium forms colored ion association with molybdate and ethylrhodamine B (ERB) .The optimal reaction conditions are [HClO4] = 1.2 mol·L-1, [MoO2 - 4] = 6.8 × 10 -4 mol·L -1, [ERB] = 3.2 × 10 -5 mol·L -1, w (PVA) = 0.08%. The maximum absorption of the association product lies in the range of 5 75 nm , The apparent molar absorptivity ε = 2.32 × 10 6 L · mol-1 · cm-1. The ruthenium content obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0-2 4 μg · L-1, the system is at least stable for 24 h, the detection limit is 0 .76 μg · L-1 (n = 12). The composition ratio of the complexes was ERB: RuMo = 3:1. The effects of 41 kinds of coexisting ions were examined. Only Si (Ⅳ), Ge Ⅷ), Au (Ⅲ) have interference.This method has been used for the determination of ruthenium in some rock and mine products and metallurgical products with satisfactory results.
