采用内循环无梯度反应器,对工业原粒度矿制CO耐硫变换催化剂进行了宏观动力学研究。实验采用(?)4-5mm不定型颗粒催化剂,反应温度240℃-300℃,常压,体积空速为400h-1-600h-1。建立了简化的双曲函数型宏观动力学模型,采用麦夸特法,由实验数据获得了模型中的参数值。统计检验表明该动力学模型是适定的。
The internal circulation without gradient reactor was used to study the macroscopical kinetics of the industrial sulfur-tolerant shift conversion catalyst of CO. Experiments using (?) 4-5mm amorphous particle catalyst, the reaction temperature is 240 ℃ -300 ℃, atmospheric pressure, space velocity of 400h-1-600h-1. A simplified hyperbolic functional macroscopical dynamic model was established. The parameters of the model were obtained from experimental data by using the method of Macquarie. Statistical tests show that the kinetic model is well-suited.
