通过对Cu-Sn-Zr、Cu-Sn连铸连轧合金冷拉处理,对其显微组织进行透射电镜分析,力学、电学性能测试,对比发现合金组织与性能的关系,并对Zr在Cu-Sn合金基体中的作用机理及性能影响进行相关研究。结果表明:Zr是以固溶的方式存在于Cu-Sn合金基体中,能与Sn结合形成Sn-Zr固溶相,Zr的加入能细化晶粒,并有利于Sn的析出,能显著改善其力学性能,同时保证电导率和材料的韧性。
The cold-drawn Cu-Sn-Zr and Cu-Sn continuous casting and rolling alloys were cold-drawn and their microstructures were investigated by transmission electron microscopy, mechanical and electrical properties tests. The relationship between microstructure and properties was also studied. -Sn alloy matrix in the mechanism and performance impact of the relevant research. The results show that Zr is present in the matrix of Cu-Sn alloy by solid solution and can combine with Sn to form Sn-Zr solid solution phase. The addition of Zr can refine the grain and is beneficial to the precipitation of Sn, which can be significantly improved Its mechanical properties, while ensuring conductivity and material toughness.
