第七章设计开发的管理新产品设计、开发时,必须要对质量、交货期以及成本进行管理。这与工厂的生产管理相同,但由于不确定因素比生产管理多,难度也比生产的管理高。一、质量新产品设计开发的质量管理最好围绕四点展开:第一,尽可能在设计开发之前就确定产品标准;第二,明确划分有经验和无经验的部分,在有经验的部分彻底实行标准化;第三,对于新领域,通过故障模式及影响分析、设计评审(Design Review)及试制等方式进行重点管理;第四,对于新的未知部分,要依靠全员的知识与智慧。
