使用铸造模拟软件对摇枕铸造工艺进行CAE计算,通过铸件凝固模拟找出各个热节和热节的凝固时间,通过缺陷预测找出缺陷的分布、位置和大小,从而合理地确定出铸件各部位的凝固顺序和补缩通道,在此基础上有针对性地设计了浇冒系统和冷铁,模拟显示基本无缺陷,并将预测缺陷与实验铸件剖切面相对照,其结果吻合得很好,由此表明该铸件CAE设计合理可行。
Casting simulation software was used to calculate CAE of the bolster casting process, and the solidification time of each hot section and hot section was found by solidification simulation of castings.
