目的 :通过检测慢性牙周炎合并冠心病的老年患者龈沟液和血清中IL-8、IL-10的含量,分析慢性牙周炎与冠心病形成的相互关系。方法:选择经盘锦市中心医院和辽宁省人民医院心脏内科确诊并伴牙周炎的冠心病患者(A组)30例,单纯慢性中重度牙周炎患者(B组)25例,健康志愿者(C组)30例。记录探诊出血指数、探诊深度;抽取血清及龈沟液,采用定量酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)的含量,分析慢性牙周炎与冠心病形成的相互关系。采用SPSS11.5软件包对数据进行统计学分析。IL-8、IL-10与牙周指标的相关性采用直线相关分析(Pearson相关分析)。结果:A组、B组患者探诊出血指数和探诊深度显著高于C组(P<0.05)。A组、B组与C组相比,龈沟液及血清中IL-8含量显著降低,IL-10含量显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:牙周炎和冠心病之间存在一定的关联性,IL-8和IL-10可能与冠心病和牙周炎的发病有关。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between chronic periodontitis and coronary heart disease (CHD) by detecting the levels of IL-8 and IL-10 in gingival crevicular fluid and serum in elderly patients with chronic periodontitis and coronary heart disease. Methods: Thirty patients with coronary heart disease (A group) diagnosed with periodontitis and patients with chronic moderate-to-severe periodontitis (Group B) were selected from Panjin Central Hospital and Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital. 25 healthy volunteers (C group) 30 cases. The bleeding index and probing depth were recorded. Serum and gingival crevicular fluid were collected and the content of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) , Analysis of the relationship between chronic periodontitis and coronary heart disease. SPSS11.5 software package for statistical analysis of the data. The correlation between IL-8, IL-10 and periodontal index was analyzed by linear correlation analysis (Pearson correlation analysis). Results: The hemorrhage index and probing depth of patients in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group C (P <0.05). The content of IL-8 in gingival crevicular fluid and serum of group A and group B was significantly lower than that of group C, and the content of IL-10 was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: There is a certain relationship between periodontitis and coronary heart disease. IL-8 and IL-10 may be related to the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease and periodontitis.
