目的　观察中药心痛宁配合消心痛的中西医结合疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法　以益气化瘀、通络止痛为治疗大法 ,运用心痛宁 (日 1剂 ,水煎服 )加消心痛 (1 0 mg口服 ,每日 3次 )治疗冠心病心绞痛 1 1 4例 (治疗组 ) ,并以常规消心痛加肠溶阿斯匹林 (50 mg口服 ,每日1次 )治疗 55例 (对照组 )做对照。结果　治疗组总有效率 98.3% ,对照组总有效率 89.1 % ,经χ2 检验 ,χ2 =5.0 1 ,P <0 .0 5,有显著性差异 ;治疗后 2组心电图疗效、血脂均有显著或极显著差异 (P<0 .0 5,0 .0 1或 0 .0 0 1 )。结论　心痛宁配合消心痛可改善心绞痛症状 ,提高临床疗效 ,缩短疗程 ,改善预后 ,疗效肯定且无任何毒、副作用 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine XinTongNing and XiaoXiaoTong.
