我国矿业城市经济发展面临着双重难题,既要保证为国家所需矿产品的稳定供应,还需要寻求自身可持续发展路径。低碳经济发展是以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的绿色经济发展模式,可以有效缓解矿业城市过于依赖资源型产业和生态环境污染严重的发展难题。文章通过借鉴国外城市经济发展过程中的经验教训,分析我国矿业城市经济结构特征和发展方式,提出符合矿业城市特点的低碳发展策略。
The economic development of mining cities in our country is faced with double problems. We must ensure that we can provide a steady supply of mineral products needed by our country and also seek our own path of sustainable development. The development of low-carbon economy is a green economic development model based on low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions, which can effectively alleviate the development challenges of over-reliance on resource-based industries and eco-environmental pollution in mining cities. By learning from the experiences and lessons in the process of economic development in foreign cities, the article analyzes the characteristics and development mode of economic structure in mining cities in our country, and puts forward a strategy of low-carbon development in line with the characteristics of mining cities.
