PDZK1是含有4个 PDZ 结构域的衔接蛋白。 B 类 I 型清道夫受体（ SR-BI）是第1个在分子水平上确证的高密度脂蛋白受体。 PDZK1转录后调控SR-BI表达，调血脂药物可调控PDZK1和SR-BI表达，从而影响调血脂药物的降脂作用。因此，本文就PDZK1对SR-BI的调控及其与调血脂药物的关联研究作一综述。“,”PDZK1 was an adaptor protein containing four PDZ interaction domains.Scavenger receptor class B type I ( SR -BI ) was the first molecularly well -defined high -density lipoprotein ( HDL ) receptor . PDZK1 regulates the expression of SR -BI at posttranscriptional level . Lipid regulating agents regulates the expression of PDZK 1 and SR-BI, and thus affect hypolipidemic effect of lipid regulating agents .Therefore , this paper reviews the role of PDZK 1 in controlling SR -BI and the research situations of its association withlipid regulating agents .
