随着我国经济的不断发展,对职业技能人才需求量也在不断增大;因此,现如今职业学校在培养技能人才方面要发挥举足轻重的作用,然而,由于职业学校教学管理存在一些问题和不足,阻碍了当前我国职校教学质量的提升。因此,本文对当前学校教学管理存在的问题和对策进行了探讨,期望能为我国职业学校教学管理工作水平的提高提供一些借鉴。
As China’s economy continues to develop, the demand for vocational and technical personnel is also on the increase. Therefore, vocational schools now play an important role in training skilled personnel. However, due to some problems and deficiencies in vocational school management, Hinder the improvement of teaching quality in current vocational schools in our country. Therefore, this article discusses the current problems and countermeasures of teaching management in schools, and hopes to provide some reference for the improvement of teaching management in vocational schools in our country.
