本研究历时近30年。建立和完善了多种体视学参数的计算模型和分析方法,率先将体视学技术应用于辐射损伤和战创伤病变规律和特点、分子机理和防治措施的研究中。定量揭示了军事病理学研究中诸多科学问题,深化认识了其细胞和分子机制,进而制定了辐射损伤和创伤量化诊断指标/标准,提高了军事病理学研究水平,并建立了体视学新技术普及和推广应用的系列新模式。
This study lasted for nearly 30 years. The establishment and improvement of a variety of models of stereological parameters and analysis methods, the first application of stereology techniques in radiation injury and wounded lesions and the characteristics of the rules, molecular mechanisms and prevention and treatment research. Quantitatively revealed many scientific problems in the study of military pathology, deepened understanding of the cellular and molecular mechanisms, and then formulated quantitative indicators / criteria for quantification of radiation damage and trauma, raised the level of military pathology research, and established new techniques of stereology Popularization and promotion of a series of new models.
