作为一名师范院校的普通中国学术期刊的编辑,我经常关注中国学术期刊走向世界的问题,最近阅读了《中国科技期刊研究》有关文章之后,个人有些想法,现在写出一些对策,敬请批评指正。1 加强宏观指导和投入,激励一部分期刊率先走向世界中国学术期刊要全面走向世界,必须首先重点扶持已有相当实力的学术期刊迅速进入国际期刊行列。这其中有两个关键问题需要解决:哪些期刊具有率先走向世界的实力?怎样给予重点扶持?
