目的:通过对副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)食物中毒分离株菌群菌型、毒力基因、耐药性检测分析,掌握VP血清群型、毒力基因及耐药状况。方法:按国标方法进行分离鉴定,药敏试验采用K-B法,毒力基因采用普通PCR法。结果:341株VP分属9个血清群15种血清型,前四位占96.19%,依次是O3、O4、O1、O2血清群,余五个血清群占3.81%。血清型以O3:K6为主,O4:K8型次之。282株VP携带tdh,仅1株携带trh,58株不携带毒力基因,无同时携带tdh和trh菌株。341株VP对诺氟沙星、复方新诺明、阿米卡星、头孢噻肟、妥布霉素5种抗生素100%敏感,对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、头孢噻吩、庆大霉素、环丙沙星耐药程度各异。结论:本区VP引起的食物中毒以O3:K6型为主;82.69%的VP携带tdh;诺氟沙星、复方新诺明、阿米卡星、头孢噻肟、妥布霉素是临床首选的抗生素。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the VP serogroups, virulence genes and drug resistance of the strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) isolated from food poisoning by detecting the strains, virulence genes and drug resistance. Methods: According to the national standard method for isolation and identification, susceptibility testing using K-B method, virulence genes using ordinary PCR method. Results: 341 VP belonged to 15 serogroups of 9 serogroups, accounting for 96.19% of the top four serotypes, followed by O3, O4, O1 and O2 serogroups, and the remaining five serogroups accounted for 3.81%. Serotype O3: K6-based, O4: K8-type second. 282 VP carrying tdh, only 1 carrying trh, 58 carrying no virulence genes, no carrying both tdh and trh strains. 341 strains of VP were sensitive to 5 kinds of antibiotics such as norfloxacin, cotrimoxazole, amikacin, cefotaxime and tobramycin, and were sensitive to amoxicillin, ampicillin, cefalotin, gentamicin, Ciprofloxacin resistance levels vary. Conclusion: The food poisoning caused by VP in this area is mainly O3: K6 type; 82.69% VP carries tdh; norfloxacin, cotrimoxazole, amikacin, cefotaxime, tobramycin is the clinical choice Antibiotics.
