在固体充填采煤中,充实率是影响覆岩移动和矿压显现控制效果的主要因素。以平煤十二矿13080充填工作面为研究背景,利用相似材料模拟实验,对采空区充实率分别为65%、75%和85%时的覆岩移动规律进行了研究,得出随着充实率的提高,基本顶下沉速度逐渐降低,速度峰值滞后工作面的距离逐渐增大;覆岩稳定周期逐渐缩短,最终下沉量也逐渐减小;不同层位覆岩最终下沉量随与煤层距离的增大而减小等结论。通过现场实测得出3~#、8~#测点顶板最大下沉值分别为417mm、443 mm,反算出相应测点井下采空区最终充实率分别为87.3%和86.6%,与相似模拟充实率85%条件下覆岩运动规律基本相符。
In solid-filled coal mining, the solidification rate is the main factor that affects the overlying strata movement and strata pressure control. Taking the 13080 Filling Face of Pingdingshan No.12 Mine as the research background, this paper studied the law of the overlying strata movement when the fining rates of the goaf were 65%, 75% and 85%, respectively, using the simulation experiments of similar materials. The rate of sinking is gradually reduced and the distance between the peak and the hysteresis surface is gradually increased. The stabilization period of overlying strata is gradually shortened and the final subsidence is also gradually decreased.
