区划与地名管理是社会有机体的一个组成部分,在政治体制、经济体制深化改革、对内搞活、对外开放、信息交流、友好往来中有着密切的关系。特别是当前,展示在我们面前的严峻使命,是建设有中国特色的社会主义社会,加快进入市场经济的轨道。区划与地名工作在市场经济大浪潮的冲击下,正在发生或已经发生了翻天覆地的变化。出现了一系列新情况、新问题,迫使国家行政管理机关去依法管理和解决。
Zoning and geographical names management is an integral part of the social organism. It is closely related to the political system, the deepening reform of the economic system, invigorating the domestic economy, opening up to the outside world, exchanging information and conducting friendly exchanges. Especially at present, the harsh mission displayed before us is to build a socialist society with Chinese characteristics and speed up its entry into the market economy. Regionalization and geographical names work under the impact of the tide of market economy is undergoing or has undergone tremendous changes. A series of new situations and new problems have emerged, forcing the administrative organs of the state to governed and resolved according to law.
