针对矿用两级轴流式通风机建立整机几何模型,选用非结构化网格,通过求解三维N-S方程对其全流场进行了数值模拟。主要分析了通风机内部特定面处的压力场、速度场及涡量场的分布,揭示了轴流式通风机内部流场的基本特性。数值模拟结果可为通风机的设计参数优化和内部流动优化提供参考,对提高轴流式通风机的整体性能和运行安全性具有重要的工程应用价值。
For the mine two-stage axial fan, the whole machine geometry model was established. The unstructured grid was selected and its full flow field was numerically simulated by solving the three-dimensional N-S equation. The distribution of pressure field, velocity field and vorticity field at a specific plane inside the fan is mainly analyzed, and the basic characteristics of the flow field inside the axial fan are revealed. The numerical simulation results can provide reference for optimization of design parameters and internal flow optimization of ventilator, and have important engineering application value for improving the overall performance and operational safety of axial-flow ventilator.
