天津市基本建设委员会、土木工程学会、建筑学会和天津拖拉机厂等四个单位,于去年12月开始,联合举办了天津拖拉机厂南居住区规划设计方案竞赛。 天津拖拉机厂南居住区的用地面积共120公顷,近期建筑面积约19万平米。通过这次竞赛,将选拔优良方案配合拖拉机厂的居住区建设。天津市已经有9个单位和40多位个人报名参加方案竞选,有一些北京和上海的设计、科学研究和教学单位也应邀作示
Four units including the Tianjin Municipal Construction Commission, the Civil Engineering Society, the Architectural Society and the Tianjin Tractor Plant started in December last year and jointly organized the Tianjin Tractor Plant South Residential District Planning and Design Competition. Tianjin Tractor Plant South residential area has a total area of 120 hectares and the recent construction area is about 190,000 square meters. Through this competition, the excellent selection plan will be coordinated with the construction of the residential area of the tractor factory. In Tianjin, 9 units and more than 40 individuals have signed up to participate in the program. Some Beijing, Shanghai design, scientific research and teaching units are also invited to show.
