目的探讨热毒宁注射液联合培菲康治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法选择2010-09-2011-04住院腹泻患儿70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用西医常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用热毒宁注射液联合培菲康。比较两组的疗效和症状恢复时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94%,明显高于对照组的76%,P<0.05;观察组呕吐停止时间、体温恢复时间、大便性状恢复时间显著快于对照组,P<0.05。结论热毒宁注射液联合培菲康治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效好,症状恢复快。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Renduining injection combined with Peifei Kang on children with diarrhea. Methods Seventy patients with in-hospital diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and observation group from 2010-09-2011-04, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The observation group was treated with Reikuening injection combined with Peifenkang on the basis of the control group. The curative effect and symptom recovery time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%, significantly higher than 76% of the control group (P <0.05). The vomiting stopping time, body temperature recovery time and stool recovery time in the observation group were significantly faster than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Reveduning injection combined with Peifei Kang treatment of children with diarrhea, clinical efficacy, rapid recovery.
