挂靠中国公路学会交通工程学会的中国公路路政学研究会于1992年10月19日至22日在云南省昆明市召开第三次年会。出席会议的有路政管理学研究会常务理事及来自各省市、自治区理事单位的理事或代表共105人。老红军、原交通部公路总局局长伍坤山同志和教授级高级工程师胡福久同志应邀出席了会议。会议期间,对收到的29篇论文进行了初审。同时,对评选出的路政管理先进集体,先进个人和积极分子进行了表彰。中国交通
The Chinese Society of Road and Highway Research, affiliated to the Institute of Transportation Engineering of China Society of Road Vehicles, held its third annual meeting in Kunming, Yunnan Province from October 19 to October 22, 1992. A total of 105 directors and representatives from the research institutes for administration of road administration and from the governing units of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities attended the meeting. The old Red Army, the former Ministry of Transportation Road Commissar Wu Kunshan comrades and professors and senior engineer Hu Furiu comrades were invited to attend the meeting.
