为了研究空间环境对苜蓿叶片过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶的影响,试验采用聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对卫星搭载苜蓿种子地面种植后筛选的47株形态变异株系的叶片进行过氧化物同工酶分析。结果表明:空间诱变苜蓿株系与对照苜蓿的过氧化物酶同工酶酶带数和带级不同,酶活性明显增强或减弱。说明空间环境能引起苜蓿过氧化物同工酶的变化。聚类分析比较这47株变异株系的相似性系数差异,筛选出7株差异较大的卫星搭载株系。
In order to study the effect of space environment on peroxidase (POD) isoenzyme in leaves of alfalfa, the leaves of 47 morphological mutant lines screened by alfalfa seeds on satellites were planted by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis Oxide isozyme analysis. The results showed that the enzyme activity and the number of bands of alfalfa isoenzyme in space-induced alfalfa and control alfalfa obviously increased or decreased. Explain space environment can cause alfalfa peroxidase isoenzyme changes. By cluster analysis, the differences of similarity coefficient between the 47 strains were compared, and seven strains with different satellites were screened out.
