本文试用大鼠灌服甲基硫氧嘧啶及甲状腺全切造成两种甲减模型,并用益气助阳补肾中药处理,观察其组织形态学方面的影响。结果,中药对模型出现的性周期变化及丘脑的变化均有改善。中药可能有促进组织、细胞代谢之功。
In this study, two models of hypothyroidism were induced by oral administration of methylthiouracil and total thyroidectomy in rats, and treated with Qi-replenishing and kidney-reinforcing traditional Chinese medicine to observe its histomorphological effects. As a result, traditional Chinese medicine improved the appearance of the model and the changes in the thalamus. Chinese medicine may have the power to promote tissue and cell metabolism.
