碱金属是导致高炉料柱透气性恶化、炉况失常、频繁悬料和在炉身结瘤的一个重要原因。本文研究了包钢高炉内碱金属在炉渣和煤气中的分布,炉子有效容积为1513m~3。文章指出当冶炼含碱金属炉料时,为了防止碱金属在炉内的循环富集,必须首先保证最大限度地将碱金属通过炉渣排出炉外。降低炉渣碱度是去除碱金属的一个有效途径。分析了碱负荷、生铁中硅含量和单位渣量对炉渣排碱的影响。
Alkali metal is an important factor that leads to deterioration of gas permeability of blast furnace column, abnormal furnace condition, frequent suspension and nodulation in the shaft. This paper studies the distribution of alkali metals in blast furnace and slag in blast furnace of Baotou Steel Co., Ltd. The furnace has an effective volume of 1513m ~ 3. The article pointed out that when smelting alkali-containing metal charge, in order to prevent the enrichment of circulating alkali in the furnace, we must first ensure that the maximum out of the furnace slag through the slag. Alkali reduction is to reduce the alkali metal is an effective way. The influence of alkali load, silicon content in pig iron and unit amount of slag on the alkali emission of slag was analyzed.
