检察机关既负有法律监督的职责,也承担着开展群众工作的使命,加强检察机关群众工作能力培训是新时期、新形势下检察教育培训的重要任务。检察机关群众工作能力培训首先要在充分调研培训需求的基础上确定培训主题,拓展多途径的师资队伍建设渠道,同时还应采用科学合理的教学方法。教材建设是加强检察机关干部群众工作能力培训的重要前提,开发形式多样、内容丰富的教材成为检察机关干部培训不可或缺的组成部分。只有做到上述要求,才有可能在培训实践中进一步增强教学的针对性、实效性和感染力。
