研究了微量的合金元素Mg和Si对AlTiC中间合金细化效果的影响。实验结果表明 :微量的Mg和Si均能促进 AlTiC中间合金对工业纯铝和 6 0 6 3合金等铝合金的晶粒细化作用 ;在细化温度相同的条件下 ,与Si相比 ,Mg对AlTiC中间合金细化效果具有更大的促进作用 ;微量的Mg可以抑制AlTiC中间合金晶粒细化的“温度效应” ;铝熔体中同时存在微量的Mg和Si时AlTiC中间合金的细化效果更好。初步探讨了这两种微量元素促进AlTiC中间合金细化效果的机理
The effects of trace alloying elements Mg and Si on the refining effect of AlTiC master alloy were studied. The experimental results show that both trace amounts of Mg and Si can promote the grain refinement of AlTiC master alloy to aluminum alloys such as industrial pure aluminum and 6 0 6 3 alloy. Under the same refining temperature, compared with Si, Mg AlTiC master alloy refinement effect has a greater role in promoting; trace of Mg can inhibit AlTiC master alloy grain refinement of the “temperature effect”; aluminum melt in the presence of trace amounts of Mg and Si AlTiC master alloy refinement Better results. The mechanism of these two kinds of trace elements to promote AlTiC master alloy refinement was preliminarily discussed
