水利工程的移民安置问题是水利工程能否顺利进行且发挥应有的社会经济效益中的关键一环。解决好移民安置问题,政府在其中发挥了关键性的作用。文章结合工程实践从移民安置规划、移民安置实施等方面论述了政府在移民安置中的作用及目前应重视的相关问题。
The resettlement of water conservancy projects is the key to the smooth progress of water conservancy projects and to play its due social and economic benefits. The government has played a key role in solving the resettlement problems. This article discusses the role of government in resettlement from the aspects of resettlement planning, implementation of resettlement and so on, and the related problems that should be paid attention to at present.
