本文报道食用菌原生质体融合技术在育种上的特点 ,国内研究动态、进展及发展趋势 ,分析了原生质体融合菌株难以形成子实体的问题。四川省农科院攻克了融合菌株难以形成子实体的世界性难题 ,选育出科间融合新品种“金凤 2 - 1”在生产上应用 ,并产生显著社会经济效益 ,处于世界先进研究水平。原生质体融合育种研究理论上将向融合子菌株形成子实体的遗传机制、基因调控机理纵深方向探讨 ;技术上将广泛应用现代分子生物学技术鉴别融合子 ;育种将向目间、纲间等远缘融合方向迈进
In this paper, the characteristics of protoplast fusion of edible fungi in breeding, the research trends, the development and the trend of development in China were reported, and the problems of difficult formation of fruiting bodies by protoplast fusion strains were analyzed. Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences has overcome the world difficult problem that it is difficult for fusion strains to form fruiting bodies and bred the application of “Jinfeng 2 - 1”, a new inter-branch fusion variety, in production with significant socio-economic benefits and advanced research level in the world .
