本文对双边常规仲裁中仲裁人的行为做了深入探讨,建立了用于仲裁双边冲突的两阶段效用规划模型,在此基础上提出了仲裁局势的边际解概念,并对一种常见的仲裁局势给出了边际解的一些重要性质。在应用研究中,本文引入了满意函数以替代效用函数,以此得出了两阶段满意规划仲裁模型。
This paper explores the arbitrator’s behavior in the bilateral conventional arbitration in depth and establishes a two-stage utility programming model for the arbitration of bilateral conflicts. Based on this, it proposes the concept of marginal solution of the arbitration situation and analyzes a common arbitration situation Some important properties of the marginal solution are given. In applied research, this paper introduces a satisfactory function to replace the utility function, and draws a two-stage satisfaction planning and arbitration model.
