电子设备平均寿命低的责任不全在元器件。实际数据说明,约一半左右的故障是由整机设计不可靠而引起的。为了提高整机的可靠性设计水平,首先要对元器件进行三定,编选容许选用的元器件优选手册;对元器件进行严格的筛选;适当地降负荷使用元器件。整机设计中应进行FMECA及FTA分析,发现整机在可靠性上的薄弱环节,在线路上适当地采取冗余技术,提高薄弱环节的可靠性。线路设计的定型必须经过边缘性能分析及边缘试验。机器是要人来操作的,所以要注意运用人-机工程的研究成果,使得操作时尽可能减少人为差错。
The average life expectancy of electronic equipment is not fully responsible for the components.
