网站的有效性使用研究中,网站信息可理解性是重要因素,心智模型理论是用户理解的重要研究方向。通过考察国外信息用户心智模型的研究,借鉴相关心智模型测量方法,组织南京理工大学部分大学生进行了两期商品描述的心智模型测量实验,来考察网站设计者的心智模型和用户心智模型的匹配度。实验中我们提出了一套心智模型的测量方法,并以电子商务网站的分类体系为研究对象,得到了四类用户心智模型。
The effectiveness of the site to use research, site information is an important factor in understanding, mental model theory is an important user understanding research. By investigating the research of foreign information users ’mental models and using the methods of related mental models for reference, some college students of Nanjing University of Science and Technology conducted two product description mental model experiments to examine the match between website designers’ mental models and their mental models . In the experiment, we put forward a set of measurement methods of mental model, and take the classification system of e-commerce website as the research object, and got four kinds of user’s mental models.
