患者女,37岁。主因畏寒、声嘶、浮肿1年,心悸、怕热、眼球突出两个月入院。查体:BP13.3/8.0kPa。表情淡漠,反应迟钝、皮肤粗糙、颜面及下肢非指凹性浮肿,甲状腺不大,无血管杂音,心率60次,肝脾未触及。甲状腺吸碘率4小时9.5%,6小时9.8%,24小时20.8%,T_31.23nmol/L,T_4:47.7nmol/L,TSH:36mu/L。诊断为原发性甲减。投予干甲状腺片30mg 日2次。用药1周自觉症状开始好转,以后即以此量维持,症状逐渐消失。於入院前
