为了研究烟草中苯甲酸酯类残留物的测定方法及其对人体健康的影响,考察了流动相、检测波长选择等条件对苯甲酸酯类残留物分离和检测的影响,建立了烟草半挥发性中性化学成分分析的HPLC方法,并采用这2种方法分析了样品中的苯甲酸酯类残留物成分。结果显示:该方法分离能力更强,定性定量结果更可靠,更适合复杂体系的分离分析。结果表明:在该色谱条件下能够有效分离,样品的分析时间仅为18 min,同时对样品中峰纯度测试表明,目标化合物色谱峰纯度良好,未发现杂质峰干扰。该方法对于烟草中苯甲酸酯类残留物的检出限为0.0021 mg/dm2和0.0018 mg/dm2,回收率98.6%~100.2%,RSD<2%。
In order to study the determination of benzoic acid residues in tobacco and its effect on human health, the effects of mobile phase, detection wavelength selection on the separation and detection of benzoic acid residues were investigated. The detection limit of benzoic acid residues in tobacco was 0.0021 mg / dm2 and 0.0018 mg / dm2. The recoveries were 98.6% ~ 100.2% with RSD <2%.
