25000kN/3150kN冲拔气瓶生产线设备,是太原重型机器厂按西德SPS公司图纸,与西德SPS公司合作生产的产品。该设备的国内制造部分于1988年9月上旬,由西德SPS公司的专家和用户北京高压气瓶厂,按规定调试和检查,各项主要技术指标均达到预定的要求,验收合格。该生产线设备布置紧凑、流程短、生产效率高、合格率可达95％以上,壁厚差可控制在1mm左右,符合美国气瓶DOT取证验收标准。该设备具有当代世界先进技术水平。这套设备的试制成功,必将为我国气瓶行业和军工弹体毛坯精化设备水平的提高起到积极的作用。
25000kN / 3150kN punching gas cylinder production line equipment, Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Factory in accordance with the drawings of the German SPS company, and the West Germany SPS co-production of products. The domestic manufacturing part of the equipment was started in early September, 1988 and was commissioned and inspected by experts and users of West German SPS Company according to the regulations. The major technical indexes of the equipment all met the predetermined requirements and passed the inspection and acceptance. The production line equipment layout compact, short process, high production efficiency, the passing rate of up to 95%, wall thickness difference can be controlled at about 1mm, in line with the United States DOT forensic gas cylinder acceptance criteria. The equipment has the advanced technology of the contemporary world. Successful trial production of this set of equipment will surely play a positive role in improving the level of refining equipment for the cylinder industry and military projectiles in China.
