患者王某,57岁,农民。自幼包茎,成年后时感排尿痛,未介意。15年前龟头部刺痛,并且逐渐增大,包皮红肿反复发作。尿流变细5年。就诊时包皮发红,明显肿胀,呈球形肿大,直径5cm,包皮口3mm,有少许分泌物,触痛明显,包皮下触有硬物磨擦。用1:1,000高锰酸钾液浸泡患处,肌注青链霉素,一周后疼痛减轻,包皮红肿消退后行
