0引言在大数据的发展下,微信使移动终端成了新的社交节点~([1])。移动学习作为一种新型的学习模式,目前在国内医学院校尚未广泛应用~([2])。我科将微信这一现代化信息技术应用在科室管理中,将业务学习、培训、重要通知、医院近期文件、工作中存在的问题、近期的工作安排等发布在微信群中,共同分享,使护理工作更快捷、方便,提高了工作效率,节约了时间和成本,创造了安全和谐的管理氛围,提升了科室的凝聚力。报告如下:
