4月2日,《关于深化供销合作社综合改革的决定》正式发布,《决定》提出到2020年,把供销合作社系统打造成为与农民联结更紧密、为农服务功能更完备、市场化运行更高效的合作经济组织体系,成为服务农民生产生活的生力军和综合平台,成为党和政府密切联系农民群众的桥梁纽带,切实在农业现代化建设中更好地发挥作用。
On April 2nd, the “Decision on Deepening the Comprehensive Reform of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives” was formally promulgated. The “Decision” proposes that by 2020, the supply and marketing cooperative system should be built to become closer to farmers, provide more complete farm services, and operate more efficiently in the market. The cooperative economic organization system has become a vital force and comprehensive platform for serving the farmers’ production and life. It has become a bridge linking the party and the government closely with the peasants and has effectively played a role in agricultural modernization.
