目的调查深圳公明镇妇女高危型HPV感染现状及年龄分布,为HPV疫苗的使用提供理论依据。方法对本院妇科2010年1月至2012年12月的10800例就诊妇女作21种HPV基因型别检测,结合患者年龄信息用卡方检验对检测结果作统计分析。结果 HPV总感染率为38.5%(4158例);高危型HPV的感染率达到28.4%(3067例),单一高危型HPV感染占85.2%(2613例),以16型(932例)为主;经统计分析高危型HPV感染率在不同年龄段妇女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深圳公明镇女性HPV感染情况与年龄分布与国内其他地区有一定差异,提示应用HPV疫苗时应考虑分型及年龄因素。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and age distribution of high-risk HPV infection in women in Gongming, Shenzhen, and to provide a theoretical basis for the use of HPV vaccine. Methods Twenty-one kinds of HPV genotypes were detected in 10800 treatment women from January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital, and the results were analyzed by chi-square test according to patient’s age. Results The total infection rate of HPV was 38.5% (4158 cases). The infection rate of high-risk HPV was 28.4% (3067 cases), the single high-risk HPV infection was 85.2% (2613 cases), and 16 (932 cases) The statistical analysis of high-risk HPV infection rates among women of different ages was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The prevalence and age distribution of HPV infection in Gongming Town of Shenzhen is different from that of other regions in China. It suggests that HPV typing should be considered when applying HPV vaccine.
