吉林市经侦支队的经验概括起来,主要有以下几个特点:一是思想认识明确,支队领导高度重视,坚持把开展“强素质、树形象”活动作为加强队伍建设的一项治本措施摆上领导班子的重要议事日程: 二是工作认真扎实,紧密联系实际,坚持从具体事情抓起,收到的成效比较明显; 三是重视培养树立典型,坚持用榜样的力量影响和带动队伍; 四是与其他工作结合得好,坚持把开展“强素质、树形象”活动与完成其他各项工作有机结合起来,起到了相互促进的作用; 五是视野比较开阔,能够在实践中不断地为“强素质、树形象”活动充实新的内容,推动了此项活动的深入开展,这些都是值得各地经侦部门学习和借鉴的。
