目的探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)的诱发因素,总结治疗经验,提高临床救治水平。方法回顾分析18例DKA患者临床资料,监测血糖、血碳酸氢根、血钠、血钾、血pH值、血二氧化碳结合力、尿糖、尿酮,应用补液、胰岛素治疗、纠正电解质紊乱、诱因和并发症处理等治疗措施。结果治愈及好转17例(95%),死亡1例(5%)。结论明确诱因、及时救治是抢救DKA患者的关键。 Objective To investigate the predisposing factors of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), summarize the experience of treatment and improve the level of clinical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with DKA were retrospectively analyzed.
