本文介绍了一种新型地下工程防水外墙水平施工缝作法,它解决了长期困扰地下工程混凝土施工中底板与外墙交接阴角处易渗漏的难题。该作法是在基础底板或楼板的顶部水平面上留设水平施工缝,水平施工缝中间位置固定遇水膨胀橡胶止水条,并在水平施工缝迎水面处涂刷聚合物水泥防水砂浆。该作法技术可靠、施工快捷方便,可显著降低地下建筑外墙水平缝的施工成本。
This paper introduces a new type of underground construction waterproofing horizontal joint construction method, which solves the long-troubled underground construction in the construction of the floor and the outer wall of the negative angle at the junction of leakage problems. The practice is to leave a horizontal joint at the top level of the base slab or floor, fix the water-swellable rubber water-stop at the middle of the horizontal joint, and apply the polymer cement waterproof mortar at the water level of the horizontal joint. This method is reliable in technology and convenient in construction. It can significantly reduce the construction cost of the horizontal seam on the external wall of underground structures.
