1988年冬,我所从北朝引进四个早果板栗品种接穗,次年春利用本地实生板栗作砧木进行单芽切接,1990年春定植,通过对其植物学特性、生物学特性以及经济性状的观察,确认引进品种早果、丰产、适应性强,无其它危险性病虫害侵入,与当地主栽品种比较,在某些方面具有明显优势。现将几年来的观察结果初报如下:
In the winter of 1988, I introduced scion of four early-aged chestnut varieties from North Korea. In the following spring, local chestnuts were used as rootstocks for single-shoot cutting.
