在全省上下全面学习贯彻党的十六大精神之际,省政府召开全省职业教育工作会议,充分体现了省委、省政府对职业教育工作的高度重视。这次会议的召开,对开创新世纪我省职业教育事业新局面、加快推进“科教兴鄂”战略的实施、全面建设小康社会具有重要而深远的意义。我就坚持以十六大精神为指导,贯彻落实全国职业教育工作会议精神,促进我省职业教育跨越式发展,讲几点意见。
At the provincial level, during the entire study and implementation of the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, the provincial government held a meeting on vocational education in the province, fully embodying the great importance attached by the provincial party committee and government to vocational education. The convening of this meeting is of great and far-reaching significance for us to create a new situation of vocational education in our province in the new century, accelerate the implementation of the strategy of “rejuvenating Hubei through science and education” and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. I will adhere to the spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress as guidance, implement the spirit of the National Conference on Vocational Education, and promote the development of vocational education in our province by leaps and bounds.
