我院自1984年来采用改良的巩膜的瘘虹膜嵌顿术(即巩膜瓣下巩膜灼瘘虹膜嵌顿术)治疗青光眼,共做23例30只眼,疗效满意报告如下。 (一)临床资料:23例中男性8例,女性15例,单眼手术16人,双眼手术7人,共做30只眼。随访时间最长2年,最短半年。 (二)手术方法:1.常规消毒后,注射局麻药;2.开睑及固定眼球;3.作结膜瓣:在时钟位一点或十一点方位(考虑日后作白内
