目的探讨煤工尘肺合并肺心病患者指动脉血流动力学变化。方法应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪分别测定煤工尘肺合并肺心病组及对照组每人双侧中指指动脉血流动力学指标:指动脉血流的收缩期最大流速(VSMAX)、舒张期最低流速(VDMIN)、平均流速(TAMX)、动脉搏动指数(PI)、动脉阻力指数(RI)。结果煤工尘肺合并肺心病组的VSMAX、VDMINTAMX、PI指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论煤工尘肺合并肺心病患者指动脉血流动力学有明显异常。
Objective To investigate the arterial hemodynamic changes in patients with coal pneumoconiosis and pulmonary heart disease. Methods The colorimetric Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used to measure the hemodynamics of bilateral middle finger pharynx of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis patients with pneumoconiosis and control group respectively: the maximal systolic velocity (VSMAX), diastolic phase VDMIN, TAMX, PI, RI. Results There were significant differences in VSMAX, VDMINTAMX and PI between coal workers with pneumoconiosis and pulmonary heart disease (P <0.05). Conclusions Coal-fired pneumoconiosis patients with pulmonary heart disease have abnormal arterial hemodynamics.
