杨百寅,美国明尼苏达大学教育与人力资源开发学院博士(终身教职)。在美国佐治亚大学取得博士学位后曾先后任教于美国澳本大学和爱达荷大学,1999年以来作为北京大学光华管理学院和清华大学经济管理学院访问教授讲授人力资源开发与管理、组织设计与发展、学习型组织的建设等课程。他的关于学习型组织的两篇论文曾分别获得国际人力资源开发学会1997和2000年度颁发的“最佳论文”奖。
Baiyun Yang, Ph.D. (Municipal Education), School of Education and Human Resource Development, University of Minnesota, USA.
