近年来,各种新经济组织和新社会组织蓬勃发展,规模日益扩大。进一步加强“两新”组织党组织建设,增强其生机活力,充分发挥其职能,成为党的基层组织建设的重要一环。上海市松江区石湖荡镇党委、综合党委积极探索,努力创新,提出并推行了“分片联建”的“两新”组织党建新模式,取得一定成效。但与此同时,也在实践过程中出现了一些制约因素,值得我们进一步研究思考。 In recent years, various new economic organizations and new social organizations have been thriving and growing in size. The party committee and the general party committee of Shihu Town in Songjiang District of Shanghai actively explored and tried hard to make innovations. They proposed and implemented a new mode of party building with “piece-by-piece building” and “two new parties” and achieved some success. However, at the same time, some restrictive factors have emerged during the practice, which deserves our further study and reflection.
