李元昌是20世纪80年代中期崛起的普教领域的教改代表人物,他的素质教育观早已深入人心。在新世纪提倡全纳教育的今天,我们再重新审视他的素质教育观,发现他的素质教育观中包含着丰富的全纳教育思想。全纳教育的实施要依赖于人们教育思想和教育观念的转变,在人们普遍倡导的素质教育观中包含着全纳教育思想,这为全纳教育的实施开辟了广阔的前景,奠定了理论基础。 Li Yuanchang is a representative of the reform of education in the universal education field that emerged in the mid-1980s. His concept of quality education has long enjoyed popular support. In the new century to promote inclusive education, we re-examine his concept of quality education and found that his concept of quality education contains a wealth of inclusive education thought. The implementation of inclusive education depends on the change of people’s educational thoughts and educational concepts. Inclusive education thoughts are contained in the universally-advocated concept of quality education, which opens up a broad prospect for the implementation of inclusive education and lays a theoretical foundation .
