经过一段时间的写字教学工作,我发现了三、四年级学生出现了一个普遍问题,大多学生在开学前几周字大都写得很端正、规范。可是半学期过后,学生的写字水平却大大下降,大不如前,作业潦草,不讲究姿势,甚至连本来写字水平较高,甚至在书法考级、比赛中表现优秀的同学,水平也有所下降。我询问了高年级和低年级的语文教师,他们也遇到了类似的问题。怎样才能解决这个问题,让学生走回正轨呢?通过调查,我找到了原因,主要有以下几点:一是各科教师布置作业量太多,学生压力大;二是教师要求不严,写字水平不高,不能有效指导学生观察、给学生示范,并进行有效评价。三是由于小学生年龄特征贪玩心强,没能持之以恒,勤学苦练。针对以上原因,我的做法是:
After a period of writing teaching, I found that the third and fourth graders had a common problem. Most of the students wrote most of the books a few weeks before the semester.
