较为详细分析了钢坯连铸机冷床平移液压系统的背压高的原因,指出背压高主要原因是油缸被惯性负载托着运动所致,提出一种既简单又实用的降低油缸背压的方法。此方法应用于实践受到很好的效果,也提高了铸机作业率和延长了设备寿命,同时为企业挽回了巨大的经济损失。
The reasons for the high backpressure of the cooling bed translating hydraulic system of billet caster are analyzed in detail. The main reason for the backpressure high is that the cylinder is caused by the inertial load, and a simple and practical method to reduce the backpressure of the cylinder method. This method is applied to practice with good results, but also improve the casting machine operating rate and extend the life of equipment, at the same time for enterprises to save huge economic losses.
