经直肠超声是诊断前列腺癌的重要手段。随着超声技术的发展,经直肠超声检测前列腺癌的敏感性和特异性有了很大的提高,并且在前列腺癌的治疗中也取得了新的进展。本文主要就经直肠超声在前列腺癌的诊断和治疗等方面的应用进展作一综述。
Transrectal ultrasound is an important tool for the diagnosis of prostate cancer. With the development of ultrasound technology, the sensitivity and specificity of transrectal ultrasound in the detection of prostate cancer have been greatly improved, and new progress has also been made in the treatment of prostate cancer. This article mainly reviews the application of transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
