目的 :探讨急性心肌梗塞 (AMI)后血小板活性的变化。方法 :用流式细胞仪测定AMI患者 (10例 )静息状态及凝血酶 (10 0U/L ,5 0 0U/L)激活时 ,血小板膜表面凝血酶敏感蛋白 (TSP)及糖蛋白IV(GPIV)分布状况 ,并与健康人 (12名 )比较。结果 :AMI 12h - 3d ,静息血小板和凝血酶激活血小板膜表面TSP及GPIV均明显高于健康人(P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,AMI 1周激活血小板膜TSP及GPIV高于健康人 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,静息血小板膜TSP及GPIV与健康人无显著差别 (P >0 0 5 )。AMI静息血小板膜和激活血小板膜TSP与GPIV呈显著正相关 (r=0 .383 ,P<0 0 1)。结论 :AMI 3d内血小板活性及反应性明显增高 ,AMI 1周时血小板反应性仍增高
Objective: To investigate the changes of platelet activity after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the activity of thromboplastin-sensitive protein (TSP) and glycoprotein IV (MMP-2) on platelet membrane during the resting state of AMI patients and the activation of thrombin (100U / L, 500U / GPIV) distribution and compared with healthy people (12). Results: The levels of TSP and GPIV on resting platelets and thrombin activated platelets were significantly higher in AMI 12h - 3d than that in healthy subjects (P <0.05, P <0.01) In healthy subjects (P <0.05, P <0.01), resting platelet membrane TSP and GPIV showed no significant difference from healthy controls (P> 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between AMI resting platelet membrane and activated platelet membrane TSP and GPIV (r = 0.383, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The activity and reactivity of platelets in AMI 3d were significantly increased, while the reactivity of platelets in AMI was still increased
